4. Charter & Flight Operations
4.1 Third-Party Operators
Aeronautica may act as an intermediary between clients and licensed air operators.
We do not operate aircraft unless explicitly stated.
4.2 Scheduling & Delays
Flight times are subject to:

Technical or safety considerations
The Company is not liable for delays beyond its control.
5. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:

Provide accurate passenger and flight information

Comply with all customs, immigration, and aviation regulations

Ensure passengers carry valid identification and travel documents

Adhere to safety instructions from crew and operators
Failure to comply may result in cancellation without refund.
6. Payments & Fees
